Terms & Conditions

1. Contract Formation

All sales and services are subject exclusively to these Terms & Conditions. Contracts are formed upon written order confirmation or delivery of goods/services.

2. Payment Terms

Invoices are due immediately, net without deduction within 5 days of invoice date. Late payment interest of 7% above the base rate will apply. Services rendered outside business hours are billed at double the standard rate.

3. Delivery

Delivery dates are non-binding but will be met to the best of our ability. Deadlines for fulfillment of obligations may not be less than two weeks.

4. Retention of Title

Delivered goods remain our property until full payment is received.

5. Warranty

24 months from delivery date (new goods), 12 months (used goods). Liability for data loss is excluded – external data backups are strongly recommended.

6. Jurisdiction

Place of jurisdiction for commercial disputes: North Charleston, South Carolina, USA.
